To join a class, you will be required to create a profile. Once you are logged in, you will have the option of choosing to subscribe to a membership or to join a single class.
Simply view our class schedule and tap "sign up" and then check out with the selected option. You can check in by clicking here.
You can log into your account by clicking here (top right). You can also find that any schedule or video library will have a login button on the top right hand corner.
Purchase confirmation emails do not include the amount of the purchase. If you'd like a receipt with the transaction amount please contact us via email and we'll send you a receipt.
River Nest Yoga prides itself on being an intimate studio. Our class sizes range from 1 person to maximum 6 to foster a sense of community and connection.
We try to keep the small groups at a 4 person max, however, if you have a group of friends a need a little more space, we can accommodate you!
If the class you wanted to take is full, you can join a waitlist. Simply login to your account, tap 'Join the Waitlist' and you will be on the list. Waitlist spots are first come, first served.
When a spot opens up, you will be notified over email that the spot is available or that you have been added automatically.
We have a 12 hours cancelation policy. We put a lot of care and love into each class, and we want to ensure we are prepared based on numbers and abilities.
Kindly email, text or call the studio to cancel, or simply login to your account (instructions here!). Once the 12-hour mark has passed, you will be charged 100% for the class.
We provide mats, cork blocks, and yoga straps to our members. However, if you’d like to bring your own you can do that as well.
For each class, we offer fresh, cold, lemon water to each member and a warm cup of tea to relax and bask in the peaceful feeling after class.
We would love to meet your friends! Anyone can sign up for the 7-day free trial to get a taste of what River Nest Yoga has to offer.
If the friend would like to keep coming after their trial, they can review the membership options by clicking here, or can choose the drop-in fee or class packs.
Great question! Arriving 5-10 minutes before class is ideal. This will allow you enough time to settle in and relax before class begins.
If you are running late, please do try to let us know in advance to expect you. You can slip into the class quietly once it has begun.
The On Demand Library is currently only available to members who purchased our Unlimited Yoga subscription or On Demand only subscription.
To access the library, simply login to your profile and click on On Demand. You will be able to access any videos and classes on your device of choice, anywhere.
For online classes, you will require access to a device (laptop, tablet) and a Zoom account to join.
Once you sign up for an online class, you will receive the link immediately or on the schedule, which you can access once signed-in. The link will also be included in the confirmation email with the option to add to your calendar.

Yoga is for all fitness and flexibility levels. We will curate the class to meet your needs. We will also provide easy to advanced options during each class, and always recommend to listen to your body.
Yoga is not about being flexible, it's about what you learn on the way down.
We love special events, whether is personal or corporate. If your having a get together with friends or a team building exercise at the office, we can bring River Nest Yoga to you.

We would recommend starting with a "Gentle Stretch" or "Yin" class. We can work together to help familiarize you with foundational poses until you feel comfortable to try a "Flow" or "Power" class.
Absolutely! We offer special events and corporate bookings at our studio should you be interested in renting out our space. We are happy to organize any private bookings for you as well!
